The Emotional Trauma Release Massage is a deeply therapeutic experience designed to help release stored emotions, tension, and stress from the body. Rooted in ancient healing traditions, this specialized massage integrates gentle yet intentional touch energy balancing techniques to facilitate emotional release and deep relaxation.

During the session, I create a safe and nurturing space, allowing the body to process and let go of unexpressed emotions that may be stored in the muscles and nervous system. This approach can help alleviate physical pain, reduce anxiety, and promote a sense of inner peace and clarity.

Each session is intuitively guided. Through rhythmic movements, soothing strokes, and breath awareness, this massage encourages the body’s natural ability to heal, restoring balance to both the mind and spirit.

This offering is ideal for anyone experiencing grief, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or those simply seeking a deeper connection with themselves through holistic bodywork.
